What we collect
When you book online we collect your name, mobile number, optional email address and any notes you choose to share about your appointment.
Why we collect it
Your details are used only to schedule, confirm and deliver your appointment, to contact you about changes, and to keep an accurate service history for your future visits.
How it is stored
Client records are held in our secured management system with encrypted transport and strict access rules. Only authorised Metromen team members can view your record, and each business on the platform is fully isolated from every other.
What we never do
We do not sell your information, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not publish client details, photographs or treatment history without your written consent.
Payment information
Card details are never stored by Metromen. Deposits and payments are handled at the studio or through a payment provider at the time of the transaction.
Your rights
You may ask us at any time for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it for accounting purposes.
